Orland Park prepares for Pandemonium

Pandemonium in the Park will soon be heading back to Orland Park, and the public is urged to come out, take on the challenge, and join in the fun.

The event, which is open to those age 12 and over, will see participants climb, run, crawl and wriggle through foam, mud, colors, and water as they clamber over obstacles. People can join on their own or as a part of a team, and according to its organizers, this year’s Pandemonium in the Park will be bigger and better than ever before.

Each person who takes part in the excitement will each receive their own newly designed race shirt as well as a special award for their participation, and they will also have an opportunity to relax post-race with a free slice of Beggars Pizza while they mingle with the other finishers. A local printing services provider will be able to both design and then produce all the printed items need to make a function such as this a success.

This year’s 5K Pandemonium in the Park has been scheduled for August 12 in Centennial Park West. According to its organizers, it tends to fill up fast, so anyone who would like to take part is encouraged to register as early as possible. Additional details can be found on the community’s website.
