A display of businesses in the wedding industry is set to help Orland Park brides make prep for their big day easier.
Bridal Expo Chicago is an event where vendors from various fields in wedding planning come together to give people a chance to find the pieces that put together the puzzle of their perfect day. Discounted rates are also available on some of the products and services.
With several timed arrival periods, the crowd flow will be controlled, giving everyone the chance to do all the shopping they need, while also having a good time with other people in similar situations to them. These times are 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The fashion show, which shows off bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses, starts at 3:00 pm. If anyone arrives late, entry will still be permitted.
Tickets cost $25 each at the door, but registration is free when completed prior to the day through Eventbrite.
The venue is Georgios Banquets. Parking nearby is free. A bag of gifts, some of which have a wedding-related graphic design, will be given to each attendee. The entire event will run from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the date set as Sunday, November 20.
