Music superstar to perform in Orland Park area

A special artist will be swinging by the Orland Park area for a concert in early July, and the event is sure to provide entertainment for residents.

Shania Twain is a songwriter and singer who will be performing as part of her Queen Of Me Tour. Twain was launched into a giant career with the popularity of her second album, and has continued to produce hits in the country-pop genre. Some of Twain’s most memorable tunes are “You’re Still The One,” “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!,” “That Don’t Impress Me Much,” and “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?”

In addition to this, she created the charity/non-profit Shania Kids Can, which gives children assistance with hygiene products, whether they are living in poverty or dealing with hardships/crises. A portion of the proceeds from Twain’s tour will go to this charity.

The Queen Of Me Tour will play a show inside the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre. The VIP packages available all include the following: a reserved ticket (location depends on which bundle is purchased); access to a photo opportunity on a red carpet; a laminate highlighting the tour with a related graphic design; the ability to shop from merch tables with less of a crowd; and a voucher that lets guests shop from the online merch store (value varies with bundle purchased).

The most expensive pack also gives buyers entry to a lounge that has appetizers, a cash drink bar, a dessert bar, and a photo booth. They will also be given a poster. Prices are in the range of $310 to $676. Tickets are either resale or platinum, with costs between $85 and $1,942 when bought through Live Nation.

Priscilla Block will open the Tinley Park show, which starts at 7:30pm on July 1st.
