This free activity will be bringing together healthcare providers, fitness experts, chefs and others who are passionate about helping others make healthy lifestyle choices. Everyone is welcome, and there will be lots to see and do for all ages and interests.
Upon arrival at the expo, guests can head to the vendor area where they can explore the different booths and other displays that will be set up for them to browse through. They can gather information, ask questions, and learn more about an assortment of medical issues. There will also be live cooking demonstrations, as well as presentations and speaker sessions, and no cost workout classes will also be offered.
