Summer camp party brings Libertyville hikers together

Hikers and outdoor enthusiasts in the Libertyville area will want to refrain from making plans next month, as a summer camp party is scheduled to celebrate the great outdoors.

The Lake County Hikers Summer Camp Party 2024 will start in a few weeks. It will offer a place for hikers and nature lovers to party and celebrate with like-minded individuals from the surrounding area. The event organizers hope to raise money for the Lake County Forest Preserves for protection. With over 1,000 members, the camp party expects to put on a must-attend event.

The party will feature barbecue, kayaking, music, entertainment, and games. The festivities will be held under a camp shelter for protection against the elements. All guests will enjoy access to restrooms, and plenty of parking spaces are available for interested parties. Banner printing is a colorful way to welcome guests to outdoor parties and events like this.

Registered guests with kayaks are welcome to bring them from home and access the boat launch for easy adventure access. All attendees must be 18 years or older to access the camp party. Guests can also gain membership and participate in weekly hikes.

The party will be held at the Century Park Boat Dock Picnic Shelter on Sunday, August 25th, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Singles tickets are $20, and Couples tickets cost $35. Reservations can be booked online.
