MainStreet Libertyville is bringing Small Business Saturday back to downtown Libertyville this November. This event gives residents a chance to support local shops and entrepreneurs and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.
Shoppers are invited from nearby areas to explore downtown stores and take advantage of special offers available throughout the day.
The event will run from morning till evening. This will allow plenty of time to browse boutiques and meet small business owners. Alongside seasonal promotions, a shopper incentive program will be in place.
A $20 MainStreet Libertyville gift certificate will be given to customers for every $200 spent at participating businesses. This amount can be redeemed at any member business.
Organizers stress that supporting small businesses helps preserve the character of downtown Libertyville and bolsters the local economy. Independent retailers nationwide are dealing with rising costs and growing competition from online and big-box stores, and Libertyville’s small businesses face similar pressures.
For events like these, in order to raise awareness and highlight participating merchants, organizers may rely on professional brochure printing to distribute event guides and promotional materials. These materials can outline special offers, store locations, and the advantages of shopping locally.
Residents are encouraged to visit downtown Libertyville on November 28, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. to celebrate the season and support local enterprise. Further details are available on MainStreet Libertyville’s website.
