The July Pittie Meet & Greet event will take place in Libertyville next month.
Chi-Town Pitties, Inc., a pitbull and bully breed rescue initiative, will host the event to connect adoptable dogs with potential foster carers and adopters.
Attendees can meet adoptable dogs and speak with the organisation’s team about fostering or adoption options. The organization’s mission is to rescue bully breeds from high-kill shelters and build relationships that create adoption opportunities, helping these dogs find permanent homes.
Alongside adoption-focused activities, visitors can shop in-store at the 12 Paws Pet Supply and browse available merchandise. Events like this strengthen connections between rescue organisations and local residents and raise awareness of bully breed adoption needs. They provide an accessible way for people to learn about fostering responsibilities and meet dogs in need of homes in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The event’s organizers will announce the dogs scheduled to attend closer to the event date. To promote events like this, organizers often use poster and banner printing to increase visibility on the day of the event.
The event takes place at 12 Paws Pet Supply, located at 529 N Milwaukee Ave in Libertyville. The meet and greet takes place on Sunday, 19 July, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. More details about this are available on Chi-Town Pitties, Inc. official website and Facebook page.
