There are always plenty of New Year's Eve celebrations to choose from, but the community of Champaign will be hosting one that offers a special twist.
The whole family will be able to have fun at the Noon Year’s Eve party planned for Martens Center. Its early timing leaves the evening free so parents can still attend an adults’ party during the evening hours, and there will be lots going on for all to enjoy.
The guests at the celebration will be able to participate in traditional party activities, which will take place in the day instead of at midnight. There will be plenty of additional fun as well, such as music, noisemakers and other party favors, and a drop with thousands of colorful balloons. Tickets to be a part of the excitement start at $4, or $2 for Martens Center members. The festivities will be running for one and a half hours, and the planners can be contacted by calling 217-819-3843.
Planning a themed activity often includes choosing specialty designed decor. This can be prepared by a local banner printing company, keeping a function’s budget and target guestlist in mind.
This early start to New Year’s Eve celebrations for the Champaign community will begin at 11:00 am on December 31. The countdown has been scheduled for noon, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
