An event titled “Sip & Savor: Thai Cocktails and Small Plates” will be taking place in Coeur d’Alene this April, hosted by the popular restaurant Beverly’s.
This event promises an immersive culinary experience led by expert chefs and Mike Rineer a Master Mixologist. Participants will delve into Thai cuisine and mixology, mastering the creation of Thai small plates combined with skillfully crafted cocktails.
During the two-hour guided culinary class, participants will gain insights into the secrets behind traditional Thai dishes. The event will also include a take-home recipe booklet with a step-by-step cooking instructions page insert, allowing guests to recreate the dishes at home. Participants will indulge in dishes such as Thai basil gimlet paired with Thai shrimp cakes, creamy coconut lime mojito accompanied by lobster pad Thai, and Thai mango martini served with curry coconut chicken and basmati rice.
Tickets for the event are priced at $80 per guest, excluding gratuity and sales tax. Seating is limited, so interested individuals are advised to reserve their tickets promptly. Additionally, recipe Booklets are exclusively available for first-time attendees, while returning participants will receive the new page insert to expand their collection.
