Mableton will become the home for Palm 78, a fine dining Caribbean-style restaurant based in Georgia. It will be larger than the one in Alpharetta and will be on the Chattahoochee River.
Co-owner of Palm 78, Leno Joseph, said that the new restaurant will span 5,000 square feet on Riverview Road. He added that the area is in need of fine-dining restaurants serving seafood and steaks with a modern twist.
Joseph said that the reason he selected the location was his familiarity with the area. He added that it is a middle-class community with many new businesses and professionals, and that there is a great deal of investment by the city in the area.
Private and corporate events can be held at the new restaurant. Joseph said it will become the flagship restaurant for the chain and the template on which other Palm 78 restaurants will be based. The menu will feature innovative and creative cocktails and dishes from all over the Caribbean, with such items as ribeye steaks, sea bass, caviar, lobster, and shrimp.
Local Print shops can be utilized for spreading the word about such new eateries in a city. Flyers and Posters can be created to introduce residents to unique cuisines.
The restaurant has no official opening date yet, but is expected to open by the end of this year.
