Runners will rush for sugar in Atlanta as the Hot Chocolate Run returns to the state capital.
Five and 15 km runs culminate in a chocolate-lovers paradise of hot cocoa, chocolate fondue and other sweet treats. Music and vendors will join in the after-party as part of the massive chocolate celebration.
On their way to the finish, runners in both distance races will enjoy a course that takes them past well-known Atlanta landmarks, including the Georgia Aquarium and the Georgia World Congress Center. Participants in the 15 km run will also see the Olympic Torch, City Hall, Old Turner Field and the Hank Aaron Wall.
In addition to the chocolate treats, event registrations include a finisher’s medal, a running jacket and race photos. Runner’s kits and swag Bags will be available in advance at a free public two-day chocolate expo in the Westin Plaza. Sponsoring businesses often contribute Promotional Products to goodie bags at events such as this.
The most ardent chocolate-loving runners also have the opportunity, upon registration, to join the Cocoa Club, providing them with even more swag and exclusive perks.
