Run with the Wolves, a 5K and one-mile event, will be held next month in support of the Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School (ANCS).
In partnership with local business sponsors, ANCS has been presenting the road race since 2012. This year there are at least 20 major sponsors involved. Businesses who contribute to events such as this often use Print shops and utilize Logo Design services to promote their products and services.
Put together by the PTCA at the school, Run with the Wolves is designed to be a fun yet challenging family event that also encourages exercise and good health.
The courses will take runners through the streets of the historic Ormewood Park neighborhood. The area was first developed in 1892, and an elementary school built there in 1922 is now home to the ANCS middle school.
Registration for both courses is open to the public for runners of all ages. Early registrants will receive reduced entry fees and are guaranteed a 2025 race T-shirt. Parents, students, and staff of ANCS will be entitled to a school discount.
Run with the Wolves will be held on Saturday, May, 3 on Emerson Avenue. The 5K event begins at 8:15 am and the one-mile follows at 9:15 am. Runners are encouraged to pick up their race bibs in advance of the race.
