Sponsored by the Business Improvement District (BID), downtown Coral Gables will be the location for a “Summer Fun on the Mile” family event in July. The event will provide entertainment and activities along what is known as the ‘Miracle Mile’.
BID is a nonprofit group that focuses on supporting businesses in Downtown Coral Gables and the Miracle Mile. BID also supports other initiatives and events, including Coral Gables Culinary Month, Giralda Under the Stars, and Halloween on the Mile.
BID promotes and supports commercial strength in a 19-block area that has over 350 businesses, including retail stores and restaurants. Many of these businesses likely use Print shops to obtain Promotional Products to hand out at events like this.
Attendees will be able to visit restaurants in the area, as well as purchase small servings of craft foods severed by several restaurants, including Clutch Burger, BurgerFi, California Pizza Kitchen, and John Martin’s Irish Pub & Restaurant. Adults can enjoy the lounge area in the shade while the kids play yard games, enjoy the interactive kids’ zone, and take advantage of photo opportunities.
The event is a chance to create family memories, meet neighbors, and support local businesses while listening to music and enjoying the sights and sounds of Coral Gables.
Summer Fun on the Mile will be held at McBride Plaza on Saturday, July 27 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. There is no charge to attend the event.
