Halloween here in Coral Gables will certainly get its due with at least four events planned for October.
Fairfield Garden will hold The Haunting Hour when dusk arrives on the enchanting trails, and mysterious hideaways. The celebration will be lit by moonlight and will include cocktails, a costume contest at 8:00pm, and 30-minute self-guided tours.
The adults-only Haunted Hour will take place October 20th and 27th from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at 10901 Old Cutler Road.
All sizes of pumpkins will be in The Coral Gables Pumpkin Patch, that will run from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, October 21st Ponce Circle Park, 2810 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
Miracle Mile will have a free Trick-or-Treat on the Mile for kids on October 28th from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.
The event will also have live music, face painting, food for purchase, pumpkin decorating, doggie costume contest at the museum, scary stories, and a mini harvest market. The Actor’s Playhouse will offer Stuart Little at 2:00pm, Villains on Broadway at 3:30pm, and a costume parade at 4:00 pm.

The Venetian Pool, 2701 De Soto Boulevard, will be holding its annual Halloween Pumpkin Float. Guests will carve pumpkins that will be entered in a contest, munch on snacks, go trick-or-treating on a walking path, and watch jack-o-lanterns float across moonlit water.
