One of Coral Gables’ favourite Irish pubs has announced its plans to make a comeback in its original location this fall.
John Martin’s Irish Pub and Restaurant closed down last spring after more than 30 years in business, partly due to owners John Clarke and Martin Lynch’s desire to retire. Now, Breakwater Hospitality group and local restaurateur Erick Passo have plans to revive John Martin’s in its original Miracle Mile location. The announcement was made on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17 – fitting for a pub known for its raucous celebrations of the Irish holiday.
The new ownership will be revitalizing the interior space in partnership with Big Time Design Studios. An exact menu has yet to be worked out, but it will likely feature the same traditional Irish and American pub fare and a wide beer selection. New and reopened restaurants typically use tools like brochure printing and websites to announce their presence and provide delivery Menus to prospective patrons. John Martin’s was also known for hosting live music with an eye to Celtic styles and events such as trivia and karaoke nights, which could return under new ownership.
The refurbished John Martin’s Irish Pub and Restaurant is expected to reopen at its 253 Miracle Mile address this fall.Get a Free Quote for Menus
