The 6th Annual Holiday 5K and Mile Race put on by Mitchell & West, LLC will take place again in Coral Gables this December.
Organized annually by the Mitchell & West Miami law firm, this event features both the 5K and Mile Run. It winds through the streets of Coral Gables, and the top overall male and female winners of both races will receive cash prizes. Moreover, medals will be awarded to all who finish the races.
This Holiday Family Fun Day 5K course is laid out on Coral Gable’s tree-lined streets during the annual holiday season. Beginning at 405 Biltmore Way, race participants will loop by the historic landmark Biltmore Hotel and then circle around to finish up the race back at City Hall.
Runners can pick up their packets on Thursday, December 5, from 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Runners Depot store located on 2233 South University Drive in Davie, Florida The other place to pick up race packets is from the law offices of Mitchell & West LLC, located on 29 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Miami, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday, December 6. Printing services are often utilized by event organizers for printing up runners’ packets and other material for races like this.
Runners can register at FamilyFunDay5k.com. The fee for the 5K Run is $35, and $15 for the Mile Run. The 5K race begins at 7:30 AM and lasts until 8:30 AM, and the Mile Run lasts from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM. After December 6, fees for both races increase.
