Washington area event to focus on womens health and wellness

The recently released Barbie movie proved popular, and a Washington area health and wellness event will use this as the theme for their occasion.

Barbie and Brushes will be paint and sip style occasions, but it will also offer lots of other activities. It is scheduled for a Saturday afternoon, and the goal is for everyone who comes out to walk away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

As the function will have a Barbie theme, the attendees are encouraged to dress in a style seen in the movie. Everyone will be able to connect with a variety of mental health resources, and the canvas and painting supplies will be provided to them.

Food and beverages will be served, and a variety of vendors will be on hand. The attendees can take in performances on the day, and tickets for the afternoon are $60.00 each.

Each attendee has been asked to bring along a Barbie doll. These will be collected at the end of the activity and donated to a local community service organization.
