The Walk for Me charity fashion show is taking place next month in Washington, D.C. It will be presented by the Jolie Agency and is a fundraiser for Sasha Bruce Youthwork.
The fashion show will feature the designs of Michelle Gibson, Aaron Handy, Britanny Benton, and Niyomichanel. In addition to the runway show, there will be live musical performances from artists such as Kendell Isadore and Christopher Williams.
Those who purchase VIP tickets for $65 each will have the opportunity to attend a cocktail party with Williams. They will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks (the ticket covers one free drink ticket). VIP guests will also receive a Jolie Agency swag bag.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Sash Bruce Youthwork. The organization offers 18 different programs for homeless youth, including providing a drop-in center, job skills training, and giving them safe homes.
Many of those from Washington who are planning to attend may use the fashion show as a networking opportunity and bring their custom Business Cards to exchange with those they meet.
The Walk for Me fashion show will be held at the Carnegie Library at Vernon Square on August 14 from 6:00 to 9:30 PM. General admission tickets are $45 each. To find out more about this event, or to learn more about Sasha Bruce Youthwork, call 301-908-1335.
