Afternoon planned with Washington seafood lovers in mind

Those who like nothing better than one of Chesapeake’s renowned seafood feeds may want to be sure they are among the guests at the annual Chesapeake Oyster & Wine Festival, which will be featuring a new pavilion for 2019.

Diners at the celebration will be treated to fresh Maine lobster served in a variety of ways, and there will also be oysters, wine, beer and cider served ice cold, as well as a Bloody Mary Pavillion. There will be other dishes on the menu as well, and this will all be accompanied by live entertainment.

The items that will be available to the diners at the festival will range from lobster rolls to crab cakes, bisque, and oysters. Those who would prefer land-based fare can make their selection from the menu created by TasteUSA Festival Management. The wine list includes more than 80 choices, and beer, cider, and soft drinks will also be poured.

This event is expected to draw a crowd from a wide area, and Washington seafood lovers are welcome to take a seat at the table. Printed Menus, signage, lobster bibs, and other items can all be provided to the planners of a large function like this by area Print shops.

September 28 will see this shellfish celebration held at 802 National Harbor Blvd in Oxon Hill. Both VIP and general admission passes are available.
