Harbor Point will be hosting the 10th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2021 in September.
Over 85 exhibitors will sell lifestyle, wellness and health items and services. Many will also pass out Promotional Products. Free health screenings will also be available.
Cornell University Veterinary Specialists are sponsoring the Pet Wellness Zone 1 where the pet- friendly exhibitors will be. Fitness demonstrations will be located in Demo Zone 2. Sacred heart University will sponsor Yoga and Stretching Zone 3 that will feature free group classes. Only adults 21 and over will be permitted in the Eco-Friendly Wine, Spirits, Craft, Beer Zone 4.
Healthy food and Beverages will be available in Zone 6 and Free Dance and Fitness group classes will be found in Zone 7. Family-oriented fitness and educational activities will be found in Zone 8.
Expo attendees can show their appreciation for the Grade A ShopRite and Stamford Health workers that worked through the pandemic by signing the Art Murals In Zone 5 the Appreciation Art Murals Zone. The appreciation murals will be unveiled at 11:15 am on both days.
At 11:30 am there will be the 20th Anniversary Never Forget 9/11 Ceremony on Saturday. Billy Blanks Jr. will have a Dance It Out in Zone 7 on both days starting at 12:15 pm.
Health and Wellness Lifestyle Expo will take place September 11 and 12, at Harbor Point Boardwalk, 1 Harbor Point Road from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.
