The 13th Annual Health Wellness and Lifestyle Expo, presented by Stamford Health Exclusive Heathcare Partner, will be coming to Stamford at the beginning of September.
The expo will feature more than 120 exhibitors and sponsors. Spot On Veterinary Hospital and Hotel will have a Pet Wellness Zone, Sacred Heart University will sponsor a Group Finess Zone, and a Food Zone will have healthy eating items, craft beers, and eco-friendly spirits for purchase from trucks. Camp Bow Wow will provide information about doggy-daycare, and the sandpit area will have touch-a-truck and other fun activities for the kids.
Stamford Health will offer free health screenings, and Shop Rite will provide nutritional information and free flu shots. Key Bank will offer financial wellness and health information, while GameDay Men's Health Stamford will be passing out information about male health. Cassena Care at Norwalk and Stamford will be informing guests about kidney care and rehab.
Free group classes and membership information will be offered by Lifetime Stamford, and the venue's boardwalk will have fitness instructors giving 16 free group classes.
Representatives of Toyota of Samford will be discussing and distributing Business Cards and Brochures with information pertaining to electric and hybrid vehicles.
The event will take place Saturday, September 7 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at Harbor Point, 1 Harbor Point Road. Admission and parking will be free.
