Stamford’s Ferguson Library will be holding its 10th annual A Novel Affair fundraiser online in mid-April. The event will honor Tom Cassone for his service to the Stamford community and the library itself.
Tickets will be free, but registration is required in order to receive online viewing information.
Although the event will be free, the library is offering six sponsorships for those patrons wishing to do more to help. Each sponsorship level is named after literary icons: Alvarez ($500), Steinbeck ($1,000), Baldwin ($2,500), Lahiri ($5,000), Dubois ($10,000), and Morrison ($25,000).
Every level of sponsorship will include listings on Invitations, and a mention in all library social media and communications. Libraries often complement these efforts with banner printing, especially if sponsors submit a Logo Design.
Special Cocktail Kits to enjoy during the event will be included at all levels. They can also be purchased for a $100 donation. The kits contain mini bottles of prosecco, thermal Tumblers, charcuterie appetizers, and some surprises.
Sponsor Cocktail Kits will be delivered and single kits can be picked up on April 15 outside the Main Library. Individual donations and Corporate Gifts are also appreciated.
The mission of the Ferguson Library is to bring free and equal access to ideas, Books, information, and technology to the Stamford community.
Ferguson’s Novel affair will take place on April 15, beginning at 7:00 pm.
