Three food and drink fests are coming to downtown Stamford this fall. They will be Oktoberfest in the Park, That’s Amore Italian Festival and Winefest-on-Bedford.
Oktoberfest in the Park will take place first. The free event will have live music, kids’ activities, food and, of course, beer. Contests will be a cornhole competition and King of Stein. The fun will begin Friday, September 30th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and continue Saturday October 1st from noon until 8:00 pm at Mill River Park, 1050 Washington Boulevard.
At the park a week later will be That Amore Italian Fest with fun, great Italian food, and music for the whole family. Guests may wish to purchase this year’s festival T-Shirts featuring the latest Amore Festival graphic design. That Amore! will take place October 8th and 9th from noon to 8:00 pm in Mill River Park.
Saturday afternoon October 8th from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, over at Latham Park on Bedford Street, Winefest-on-Bedford will have more than 35 local wineries pouring wine samples of their signature wines.
Early bird tickets at $20 will be available until September 23rd; $36 advanced tickets will be available from September 24th through October 7th, and any available tickets left over will be $40 at the event. Tickets include light snacks with the unlimited wine tasting. Get a Free Quote for T-Shirts
