Newtown brewery to host DIY experience

Sage & Oak will hold a DIY workshop in February at the Triple Sun Spirits Company in Newtown.

The Sage & Oak DIY Workshop is an activity where people can explore their creative sides and connect with fellow crafters. Participants can construct a sign and follow one of three available designs. The hands-on activity is open to beginners and seasoned DIY crafters.

An instructor from Sage & Oak will provide step-by-step instructions to those in the workshop. The price of the workshop also includes a Kegged Cocktail or beer from the brewery. Business owners who host local crafting events like this may use flyer printing to promote their programs throughout their communities.

Sage & Oak is a company that sells personalized handmade gifts and hosts several group activities throughout the year. The business is run by Cheyenne and Brian, a married couple who use their company to help support local nonprofits like the All 4 Paws Rescue. The name of the store comes from Cheyenne’s dogs, Sage and Oakley. People can find the company at events such as the Olde Langhorne Harvest Day and the Conwell Egan Craft Show.

The workshop will be on Thursday, February 8 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Tickets to the crafting experience will cost participants $50. Interested participants are required to book their spot at the brewery’s workshop in advance.
