Local Newtown Businesses ready for business expo and culinary fair
Local Newtown businesses are marking their Calendars and getting ready for the upcoming Newtown Business Association’s 11th Annual Business Expo and Culinary Fair in September. This free event and will be for businesses as well as for consumers.
Over 70 local NBA members and non-members have registered to participate. Some of these businesses and tradesmen are Sam’s Club, Bath Fitters, New York Life and Beneficial Bank. Other businesses that will be there will be Bux-Mont Foot & Ankle Center, Pascarella Eye Care, Scarborough Electric and Sir Speedy Newtown. Business representatives will be vending subscriptions, Gift Certificates and showcasing and selling their products.
Many businesses will be distributing advertising Flyers and information Brochures. Each business will be donating a gift certificate to the Have a Heart Foundation (an organization that supports charities around our area) and at least one door prize.
Local restaurants will have exhibits with tasty samples of their specialties. Some of these eateries will be Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar, Corner Café, Isaac Newton’s Bar & Restaurant and Piccolo Trattoria. Refreshments will also be available.
Whenever expos are held, it's usual for guests to receive giveaway Bags containing coupons, Promotional Products and free samples when they enter the venue.
