What's Happening in Danbury, CT…

Danbury's Regional Hospice will be holding its Annual Good Morning Community Breakfast in mid-March.

Becoming a primary yearly fundraiser, the event (replacing the "Giving Circle Breakfast) has been newly created combining multiple community breakfasts. It is for fellowshipping, maintaining and making new community connections and supporting hospice patients and their families.

Along with the breakfast, the morning's program will have a St. Patrick's Day theme and will include stories from caregivers and families.

Businesspeople attending events like this usually come armed with Business Cards and use some of the time as a networking opportunity.

There's still plenty of time to get tickets. Individual tickets are $45, and a breakfast table for 10 will cost $350. The $600 Sponsor tickets will include one table seating 10 guests and a full-page ad in the event program. Those who cannot attend there is a $45 Stay-At-Home Sponsorship. Other sponsorships include a $250 5.5" x 8.5 " full page ad in the program, a $150 half page and a $100 quarter page.

Donations may be custom made, or in $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000 or $2500 preset contributions.

Occasionally a community-minded individual or event organizer will get some flyer printing done at local printing services and place Flyers around the community.

This year's Annual Good Morning Community Breakfast will take place St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday, March 17th from 7:30 am to 9:00 am at The Amber Room, 1 Stacy Road.
