New Year meditation scheduled for Avon residents

Avon residents will want to leave space in their calendar next month, as a virtual meditation session is scheduled for mid-January.

The New Year brings an opportunity for a new beginning, and Jim Rose, M Ed., is hosting a powerful virtual workshop to help attendees reach their goals for the new year. The January event will teach guests a basic meditation method to bring joy and tranquility into the new year.

With a background in Human Resources, Rose has decades of experience with personal development and conflict resolution. He retired from an executive position at a Fortune 100 company with the tools and expertise to help guests put their best foot forward. Attendees can anticipate an event filled with helpful information and stress-relieving techniques. The host will connect meditation with spiritual growth to help the guests reach their goals and potential. With 40 years of meditation experience and his own unique meditation technique, Rose has trained groups worldwide, and Avon residents are next in line.

The meditation event is scheduled for January 18th, from 7:00pm until 8:00pm. Guests will access the event through Zoom, making meditation from home possible.
