Breakfast food aficionados should check their diaries next month, as a local farm is planning a pancake breakfast event in the Avon area.
Auerfarm will be hosting a pancake breakfast event in a few weeks, and Avon residents and families are invited to join in the festivities.
The Maple Syrup Breakfast Fundraiser will feature breakfast staples for groups at three separate time slots, which will support the farm’s non-profit education center.
Interested parties are encouraged to invite friends and family to attend and enjoy breakfast items like pancakes, maple syrup, home fries, sausage, and more. Hot chocolate, juice, and coffee will be provided as refreshments.
The event is geared toward participants of all ages, and children three and under enjoy free admission to the pancake breakfast.
The breakfast will feature an auction, a visit to the maple syrup shack and forest, and a chance to meet and feed Auerfarm’s animals. Banner printing is a great way to announce the event and welcome attendees.
The venue shares its space with animals, allowing families with children to interact with rabbits, alpacas, miniature horses, ducks, goats, and Poppy the pig.
The event is scheduled to begin on Saturday, March 16. It will take place at 158 Auer Farm Rd, and run from 8:30am to 1:30pm.
Tickets cost $20 per adult and $10 per child over three, and can be purchased online.
