Avon residents will have a unique opportunity to celebrate summer in a natural setting next month, as a garden party is in the works in West Hartford in a couple of weeks.
The Artisan West Hartford Garden Party, presented by Delemar West Hartford, is preparing to welcome guests to an outdoor party experience that kicks off the garden season in Connecticut. Attendees will join in a party with other like-minded individuals from around West Hartford and Avon to create new friendships and support local businesses.
Each attendee will receive two complimentary drink tickets upon arrival. Individuals who drink alcohol are asked to do so responsibly and to arrange for a designated driver for safe travels. Hors d’oeuvres will also be passed around. Flyer printing is a classic and creative way to pair images with text to promote events in and around the community.
Entertainment will be provided at the garden party, with local musicians and a live DJ providing the beats. The organizers hope the energetic beats will keep the party flowing with positivity from start to finish. The event will be held outdoors, and attendees are asked to dress for the weather.
The Artisan West Hartford will host the garden party on Thursday, July 3, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. General admission tickets are on sale for $28.52 per person online.
