A celebration by Avon women is in the works to provide an alternative to Valentine’s Day, with the theme centered on a warm and tropical environment.
The Galentine’s Day Tropical Party is preparing to welcome attendees in a few weeks, offering a space for Avon women to make new friends and have fun with like-minded individuals. The celebration will combine music, dancing, laughter, and food for a memorable evening.
The food will be themed around a tropical buffet with options like Caribbean dip, shrimp cocktails, bruschetta bread, chicken teriyaki sliders, and coconut shrimp. Interested parties are encouraged to bring their appetites and a positive attitude. Interested parties are encouraged to gather their gal friends to add to the environment and make new memories. Banner printing is a colorful way to welcome registered guests to such parties while promoting the host venue and sponsors.
A cash and credit card bar will provide beverages. Participants are asked to drink responsibly and use a designated driver. Two local women, Marnie Flynn and Sarah Allen, will co-host the celebration. Attendees are asked to wear tropical and “beachie” attire.
The Galentine’s Party will be held at the Prince Thomas of Savoy in Avon on Saturday, February 8. The doors will open at 6:00 PM, and the party will end at 10:00 PM. Tickets are available online for $10 per person.
