A tribute dinner to Elvis Presley is being planned for the Avon community, and local fans of The King are invited to join the festivities.
The Elvis Tribute Concert Dinner Show is scheduled to begin in a few weeks. It will offer a musical meal filled with nostalgic tunes for attendees to indulge in. The concert will combine music and dinner with a cocktail hour to enjoy socialization and meet new friends with common interests.
Lamar Peters, the Elvis Presley tribute artist, will perform several popular numbers from throughout Elvis’s music career. The fast-paced show is designed to take attendees on a trip through time for a 1950s-era concert before progressing into the 1960s and 70s hits. Banner printing is a memorable way to welcome musicians and artists onto the stage at such musical events.
The event will feature an extensive Elvis-themed menu, with top options like the Love Me Tender Pulled Pork, Jailhouse Rock Mac and Cheese, Heartbreak Hotel Meat Loaf, and Blue Suede Shoes Memphis Slaw. Tables of eight to ten people are available for interested parties planning to attend in larger groups.
The dinner and concert will be held at The Prince Thomas of Savoy on Saturday, August 17th. Doors open at 4:30 PM for cocktail hour. The show starts at 7:00 PM, and tickets are available online for $50 per guest.
