Parents seeking natural remedies to boost their children’s health are in for a treat, as an herbalism workshop is set to bring new skills to Longmont.
The Herbalism for Children’s Common Cold workshop, organized by Sarah Templer, CCH, will open enrollment to parents who want to discover natural medicines and remedies through herbs to help their children. The course will provide participants with the knowledge necessary to address the common cold through holistic means to reduce the duration of the sickness.
Templer will explain and demonstrate how to use the herbs, shed light on what to avoid, and explain proper and safe dosing. She is a certified clinical herbalist whose calling is to teach traditional health practices and has extensive experience in a teaching setting. Brochure printing is a fantastic way to share more information with attendees to help them retain information and maximize the benefits of the workshop.
The workshop will only be taught once during the summer months, and interested parties are encouraged to reserve their spots while they are available. There will be a short break in the middle of the class to eat light snacks and reset the mind.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, at 439 Main Street in Longmont. Tickets can be reserved online for $45 per attendee.
