Bay Village Apartments in Vallejo has been acquired by Step Up Housing.
The financing of this acquisition was made possible by Align Finance Partners, specialists in affordable housing finance, and Sack Capital Partners, a real estate investment and management firm based in San Francisco with multifamily properties throughout the west coast. The property has 260 affordable housing units.
Bay Village Apartments is on a site that spans 18.63 acres and features fewer than 14 units per acre for a low-density layout. The sites are surrounded by scenic vistas, lush landscaping, and mature trees. The complex offers a wide range of amenities including barbecues, a pool with spa, strength and cardio fitness centers, a clubhouse with demonstration kitchen, a waterfront seating area with panoramic shoreline views, and a dog park.
The residential community is close to many lifestyle and employment destinations including Walnut Creek, Napa Valley, San Francisco, and Sacramento. It offers easy access to Interstates 680 and 780 and the Vallejo Ferry Terminal, which provides direct service to the financial district of San Francisco.
