The holidays are fast approaching, and a major San Diego-area theme park is getting ready to celebrate.
A short drive from San Diego is LEGOLAND®, where visitors will find that the holidays are now on the schedule. The fun starts the moment visitors arrive to find the park decked out with festive décor. Holiday characters will be strolling through the venue, giving kids of all ages a chance to take selfies and pictures with them. The Toy Soldier and Santa have returned, and this year, the Gingerbread Man has joined the group.
In the Fun Town section, visitors will find the LEGO® Christmas tree, the biggest LEGO® tree on earth. The tree is over 30 feet tall, and is decorated with more than 400 LEGO® ornaments. The tree is also the place to be to watch the Holiday Light Show, with the lights timed to the music.
A sleigh featuring a life-sized Santa made of LEGO® blocks, with his trusty team of reindeer hitched in front, will be available for those who would like to take more pictures and selfies. Live entertainment includes “Santa's Top Elf,” a new show, as well as performances by the park's special holiday glee club, the Yule Tides.
The holiday celebration starts December 15 and runs through December 31. The Yule Tides will perform daily from December 21 through December 30. Flyer printing can provide handouts for attendees at special events like this.
