Kaytranada will appear at SOMA, a live entertainment venue near the former Sports Arena, with his BUBBA North American Tour. The artist is both a DJ and producer, and ever since his debut in 2010, has enjoyed success, playing throughout the world. At his live performances, he treats audiences to some spectacular dance moves as he continues blending EDM, R&B, and futuristic trap into seamless sets. He has also remixed hits from artists such as Janet Jackson, Beyonce, the Fugees, and Azealia Banks.
Born Louis Kevin Celestin in Haiti and raised in Montreal, Kaytranada started DJing when he was only 14, and began producing the next year after he learned about music software from his brother. When he debuted, he used the name Kaytradamus, and released a number of albums under that name before adopting Kaytranada in 2013. At that time, he released “Kaytra Todo,” his debut effort under the new name. Since then, his following has grown, and he has performed in over 50 cities throughout the world.
