Skegss first got together in 2013 in Byron Bay in Australia. The founding members were Jonny Lani, Toby Cregan, and Benny Reed. Lani was on drums, Cregan handled vocals and played bass, and Reed performs vocals and played the guitar. They released “My Own Mess,” their full-length debut album, in 2018 and saw it climb to No. 2 on the Australian charts. They did even better in 2021, when their second album, “Rehearsal,” went all the way to the top.
Between 2015 and 2017, the band released singles and EPs that brought worldwide attention to the group. Skeggs sold out shows on tours of both the US and the UK.

“Absolutely mental, a great atmosphere was so much fun, they interacted with the crowd really well . . . Skegss sounds as good live as they do online, definitely worth seeing them . . . just a great atmosphere surrounded by great people listening to great music.”
Skegss will be at the Music Box on April 22. Venues booking events like this can use poster printing to create sensational publicity for the occasion.
