Rohnert Park teens celebrate Halloween with murder

The Rohnert Park Library is looking to entertain teens this Halloween season with Books, pizza, and detective work. The Teen Halloween Murder Mystery and Pizza Party is a youth-oriented evening of sleuthing and more.

The heart of the event is of course the murder mystery. Clues will be hidden all around the library for teams of teens to uncover in order to find the elusive killer. Participants will be organized into groups, and the groups that crack the case first will win some fun and interesting prizes.

After the mystery, pizza will be served, with options including cheese, pepperoni, and various specialty combos. Drinks will also be available at the event, and some snacks will also be on hand.

Additionally, all teens who attend the party will receive one free book. Various types of Books will be available, including Halloween-themed horror and thriller offerings, as well as other genres for those not inclined towards scary stories.

The Teen Halloween Murder Mystery and Pizza Party will be held this Saturday, October 29 at 4:00 pm at the Rohnert Park Cotati Regional Library, located at 6250 Lynne Conde Way. Admission is free, but space is extremely limited, so interested teens should register in advance. Anyone interested in more info should visit the website or check out the library’s most recent newsletter printing.
