The Foxtail Golf Club will be hosting a fun golfing day where participants will be competing for a place in the finals.
The prize for winning the finals is a gift certificate worth $10,000 to be used at Pebble Beach Resort. That will be enough for four people to enjoy three nights at the Pebble Beach Lodge along with golfing on the course. Brochures can be used to promote holiday resorts and golf courses.
Golfers who wish to participate must register as pairs or foursomes. Singles will not be able to compete in the tournament unless they have partners. Teams will consist of four golfers who will be split into two pairs on the day. Each pair is expected to take part in a 2-man scramble. The team that has the lowest net total will earn a spot to compete in the final tournament scheduled for June 2023, and the winning team when that contest comes round will get the $10,000 gift card.
Each golfer will pay $140 to register. This will cover carts, green fees, balls on the range, and non-alcoholic drinks. They will also be entered into a closest-to-the-pin competition on every par-three hole for the chance to win $100 in cash.
The qualifying tournament will be held this Thursday, November 3 at the Foxtail Golf Club in Rohnert Park. It starts at 8:30 am.
