Painting among flowers in Rohnert Park

Three organizations are joining to host a creative painting event in Rohnert Park.

Point West Wholesale Flower Market, Embellished Floral, and ArtXcursion will be working together to make sure the day runs smoothly. Embellished Floral will carefully select arrangements of beautiful local flowers from Point West to provide inspiration to participants. Artist Alana Tillman, who is the owner of ArtXcursion, will attend to offer tricks and tips to help aspiring artists with their work. Flyer printing can be used to provide instruction sheets for events like this.

The “Paint Among the Posies” session will be held at the flower market, which will serve as a colorful backdrop for the artists as well as an inspiration. To ensure everyone remains healthy, ArtXcursion will follow the CDC guidelines in effect at the time of the session and will have their staff members wear masks throughout the entire evening. All materials and supplies will be given to guests individually, and there will be hand sanitizer available. Organizers ask that anyone taking part arrive wearing a mask and leave it in place until they are seated.

The price of the event is $65 per person which includes one 9x12 inch canvas; all materials and paints; mini-charcuterie Boxes that are locally sourced; a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage, which are complimentary, and more.

The painting class is July 17, from 3.00 pm until 6.00 pm, at Point West Wholesale Flower Market on Professional Center Drive in Rohnert Park.
