The Navy will be making a musical appearance in Rohnert Park next month.
The United States Navy Concert Band will also be visiting fifteen cities in six states as a part of its 2023 national tour. This is one of the most well-known outreach programs organized by the Navy. Every performance will be open to the public and free of charge, although some of the concerts will require people to reserve seats in advance.
With this being the Navy Band’s original ensemble, the Concert Band has been playing at public concerts and events for almost 100 years. The band’s performance is made up of a variety of marches, wind ensembles, patriotic selections, and orchestral transcriptions. Flyer printing can be used to promote music tours like this.
Touring the country is one of the core responsibilities taken on by the band. Every one of the band’s main performing units goes on a yearly tour in specific parts of the country. This gives the bands a chance to get to audiences who live in parts of the country that might not normally see them. The concerts are family friendly events designed to entertain veterans and those considering a career in the Navy.
The United States Navy Concert Band will be performing at the Sonoma State University Green Music Center on Friday, March 17. The performance starts at 7:30 pm.
