Three Redding charity events have been scheduled – one in mid-September and the other two in October.
Cronic Disaster’s 20th Annual Golf Tournament will be a fundraiser by Cronic Disaster Restoration and Construction, a family-owned business specializing in rebuilding homes here in Shasta County and surrounding areas, for the Catalyst Mentoring program. The program helps in finding, training, and mentoring local children.
The organizers are still looking for sponsors, raffle items, and donations. Local businesses often like to donate raffle items like Promotional Products, or include Business Cards with the prizes.
The tournament will begin at 7:00 am on Friday, September 15 at the Golf Hills Golf Club, 1950 Gold Hills Drive.
Good News Rescue Mission will be holding its 15th Annual Harvest of Hope Field of Dreams event. Guests are encouraged to wear their baseball jerseys and be ready for a night of inspiration and fun at night at the ballpark at Redding Civic Auditorium, 700 Auditorium Drive. Individual tickets will be $100, while tables for eight are $750.
Harvest of Hope Field of Dreams will take place from 5:15 pm to 9:00 pm on Saturday, October 7.
Lastly, the Gold Hills Golf Couse will also hold Shasta Builders Exchange 50th Charity Golf Tournament. Proceeds will go Shasta Builders’ Exchange Community Fund projects. Raffle contributions are appreciated.
The golf tourney will take place from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday, October 20.
