The 75th Redding Rodeo will have a steak feed and dance off, Hall of Fame Gala, 75th Redding Rodeo Extreme Bulls and Barrels, and Family Night - all in May.
Festivities for the week begin on Saturday, May 13th at 8:00 pm with a Steak Feed and Dance Kick Off. The evening will begin with Mutton Bustin’, followed by a dinner of BBQ steak, baked potato, cowboy beans, and salad beginning at 6:00 pm. The Lance Michael Cornell Band will provide the music for dancing. This event will be at 715 Auditorium Drive. Tickets are $25.
The Redding Rodeo’s first annual Hall of Fame Gala will take place Tuesday, May 16 beginning at 8:00 pm, also at the Auditorium Drive venue. It will be a formal steak dinner, induction, and auction. Single admission will be $40, and couples are $75.
The 75th Redding Rodeo Extreme Bulls and Barrels will take place on May 17. Along with the barrel racers and bucking bulls, the evening will be replete with chuckwagon races and the One-Armed Bandit specialty act. Tickets will be $20, and the program starts at 7:00 pm at the Redding Rodeo Grounds.
Family Night will be Thursday, Friday will be Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night (tickets $30), and Armed Forces Night will be Saturday, May 20 (tickets $35).
