Redding duffers and animal lovers are looking forward to Haven Humane Society’s Putt 4 Paws 4th Annual Golf Tournament, which is scheduled for July.
The tournament will have a shotgun start at 9:00 am with a scramble format. Registration for teams of four will be $500 and individual entry will be $125. Registration will include cart, green fees for 18 holes, goodie bag, and range balls. Golfers can buy mulligans and enter raffles and contests. Prizes will go to the top three placed teams.
Contests will include longest drive, accuracy, closest to the pin, and putting, and the Hole In One sponsor is Crown Motors.
Sponsorships are available for all the contests, and carts. Other sponsor opportunities will be the Rescue Me Tee, and Happy Tails and Rescued events.
Businesses that donate at the $250 level will get to set up business tents at designated holes and pass out Business Cards, Promotional Products, and other marketing material.
Lunch is also included in the registration fee. Non-golfers such as friends, family and spectators can attend the lunch for $25 each.
Local businesses like to support community events such as this so they can use the pictures and information in their advertising brochure printing. All proceeds will go to the Haven Humane Society‘s daily operating expenses.
