Redding goes back to its roots

Redding Roots Revival Music Festival Committee and Downtown Redding are presenting a weekend of high quality American roots music at the end of September.

Downtown Redding will have two main stages, along with smaller pop up stages and plenty of merchandise vendors.

On Friday starting at 5:00 the McConnell Stage will have David Jacobs-Strain & Bob Beach, Tim Snider, and The Stone Foxes. The Vintage Stage will have Jeff Campbell at 6:00 pm and he will be followed by Mickelson. Kelle Stage performances will begin at 5:30 pm with Clear Cut and Coffis Brothers. Jonathan Foster will be on the Small Stage at the Chain Gang Bikes shop from 6:30 pm until 7:00 pm.

On Saturday the McConnell Stage will feature Jessica Malone, Michael Clem, Johnny Token, Ira Walker Blues and Tim Snider & Wolfgang Timber. Vintage Stage will have Annie Coty, Anna Jae, David Jacobs-Strain & Bob Beach, and Ashley Black. The Kelle Stage will have Jim Dyar & The Barefoot Band, Maya Elise and the Good Dream, Andre Thierry, and Gringo. Jonathan Foster & Mogan will be on the Small Stage following Rebecca Jo and Honey Bee.

Bridge House Bed and Breakfast will hold a pre-show Thursday, September 23rd at 7:00 pm featuring Griffin House.
