Redding golfers will be heading for the Hole in One Safe Place Golf Tournament coming at the end of August.
The event will include a raffle, Corn Hole Contest, and keg station. Prizes will be given in a closest-to-the-pin contest.
The $100 registration fee for individual players will include golf on a par 72 championship course, cart and lunch. The start will be by tee time reservations.
Although the course has been rated as high at 73.2, golfers of all levels can still enjoy it as it has five sets of tees.
Sponsorships will be available at three levels. The $200 “Invitational Sponsor” level will come with the business Logo Design displayed at a tee. The $700 “Classic Sponsor” level will also include registration for a foursome and social platforms shout outs. The $1,800 “Master Sponsor” level will include all the other benefits plus individualized team golf shirts, snacks and drinks, Business Cards placed in all golf carts, and awards ceremony special recognition.
Proceeds from the tournament will go to One SAFE Place, an organization that provides safety and legal services for those affected by sexual assault or domestic violence. It also provides prevention and intervention services.
The tournament will take place August 29 from 9:00am until 3:00pm at the Tierra Oaks Golf Club, located at 19700 La Cresenta Drive in Redding.
