Crab and jazz to come together in Merced

The Music Boosters from Buhach Colony High School in Merced will host the 14th Annual Crab Feed and Jazz Band Dinner next month.

The evening presents crab dishes accompanied by live entertainment. A raffle will be held to support the proceeds from the event.

The goal of the Music Boosters is supporting the music program at the high school. Financial support is given to the band, choir, color guard, jazz band, and orchestra. Areas such as concert costs, band uniforms in need of replacement, and the purchase of musical instruments are supported by financial contribution.

The team at Buhach Colony High School has a long history of award-winning bands in which the music boosters have taken part in regularly. The crab dinner is the largest event in the community generating money for the bands.

Promotional Products are frequently given out as small gifts to attendees. These items can have the logo and entity or sponsor contact information printed directly on them. Magnets, flash drives, can coolers, and keychains are useful items small enough to transport easily.

The 14th Annual Crab Feed and Jazz Band Dinner will take place at the Merced County Fairgrounds Pavilion Building on Martin Luther King Jr. Way on February 2 from 5:30 to 11:30 pm. Ticket pricing starts at $45 and may be purchased via the event website.
