The 9th Annual Free Camp and Schools Fair will be returning to Lafayette in February, to the delight of locals and students.
The event is presented by Bay Area Festivals and is one of many activities coming up in the region.
The program presents a day full of activities which includes more than 80 vendors onsite. The vendors and exhibitors will present a wide range of programs, such as camps, performing arts, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), cooking, sports, and enrichment programs. A free camp bag will be given to the first 200 families.
Vendors often contact local Print shops to assist with providing needed supplies for public events. Business Cards are essential for distributing contact information for future sales potential, and should future the logo and other pertinent information.
Vendors can apply for space via the event website, where sponsorships are also available.
A free raffle ticket will be given to each person presenting a can of food, which will be donated to the local food bank.
The Lafayette Camp and Schools Fair will take place at Acalanes High School on Sunday, February 27. The activities will run from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. The school is located at 1200 Pleasant Hill Road. Admission is free as well as parking.
