Lafayette’s Town Hall Theatre is kicking off its season with an announcement party this weekend.
The event will start with a gathering in the theater’s lobby from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Snacks and light foods from local restaurants will be served, and there will be a no-host bar. There will be a happy hour deal of $1 off cocktails for the first half hour. Front Porch Music will also perform.
At 3:00 pm, attendees can move into the theater, where staff will announce the lineup for the Town Hall Theatre’s main stage and youth stage performances for the 2025-2026 season. They will also provide updates about the Spotlight New American Plays (SNAP) Festival, which will take place later in March. Actors will give a short preview presentation of the upcoming season.
The announcement party is free, but those planning to attend should RSVP on the theater’s website. Theaters often work with Print shops to create Brochures and mailers with information about their seasons. Subscriptions for the 2025-2026 season will go on sale after the party. Subscribers can choose between a traditional subscription model and the theater’s new flexible hall pass packages, which allow theatergoers to bring different numbers of guests to different performances.
