Eye-watering price set for Mastrov's luxury mansion

An incredible mansion and property belonging to the founder and CEO of 24 Hour Fitness, Mark Mastrov, is up for sale in Lafayette. The price tag is a whopping $13.5m.

The home is the epitome of luxury, with an 8,000 sq. ft. home, a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, batting cage, two spas, and, of course, a state-of-the-art gym.

Mastrov bought the property in 2006 for $4.35m and proceeded to build a dream home with a movie theatre with seating for 20 people, a games lounge with a bar and pool table, a video game room, an aquarium, and a rooftop fire pit. The home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Off the swimming pool is a grotto; a cave inside which there is a giant hot tub and a large flat-screen television on the wall.

This is not the first time Mastrov has tried to sell this Lafayette property. It went on the market for the same price in 2017 but there were no buyers, according to Realtor.com, so it is once again up for sale.

Real estate agents can use printing services to create and Print professional Brochures and Booklets to showcase their properties.

Besides being the founder of 24 Hour Fitness, Mastrov is also a part-owner of the Sacramento Kings professional basketball team. His net worth is estimated at roughly $350m.
