Stacy Freeman, a Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner, focuses on helping professionals when it comes to relaxing and regulating their moods.
This workshop will empower participants to present themselves well to their families and teams by exploring the many benefits of using sound therapy. The session will support relaxation sessions for the mind, body, and spirit, while also helping with mood balance, pain management and brain focus.
The workshop will discuss sound therapy’s history and showcase recent astounding research in the field. Participants will also engage in guided meditation using quartz and Tibetan crystal bowls. They are encouraged to bring their mats or blankets, get comfortable, and prepare for a meditative experience.
